Shipping

We currently deliver to addresses within the EU. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Harelbeke, Belgium. Items in stock will be dispatched within 5–10 business days and delivered to your door by TNT Express. For deliveries outside the EU, please send us an email.

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. A return slip is included in your package. Before returning your product, please get in touch with shop@wastberg.com including your order number and product name. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a return order number to use when ordering pickup from your local TNT representative. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you are a consumer within the EU, you have a right to withdraw from a contract concluded via our webshop within a period of 14 working days of receiving our products. You find more information about your right to withdrawal in our Instructions on Withdrawal as listed below. Withdrawal can be performed by clicking on the following link.
