Shipping
We currently deliver to addresses within the EU. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Harelbeke, Belgium. Items in stock will be dispatched within 5–10 business days and delivered to your door by TNT Express. For deliveries outside the EU, please send us an email.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. A return slip is included in your package. Before returning your product, please email a return notification including your order number and product name to shop@wastberg.com. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a return order number to use when ordering pickup from your local TNT representative. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
