Shipping
We currently deliver to addresses within the EU. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Harelbeke, Belgium.
Products in stock will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
Products are shipped to your door by TNT Express.
For inquires on delivering to countries not listed above, please send us an email.
Payment
Payment can be made with all major credit cards.
All credit card payments are handled securely by Shopify Payments.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. A return slip is provided in the package. Before returning your product, please send a return notification with the order number and product name to shop@wastberg.com. Once the return is granted, you will receive a return order number to use when ordering pickup from your local TNT representative.
Expect 14 days for refunds to be processed.
