CAST

Soft geometry

In a category shaped by hard lines and overtly technical expressions, Cast takes a subtler, more delicate approach to directional light. Inspired by traditional Japanese paper cups, the domed head – with its soft geometry, concealed mechanics, and fluid movement – offers a more human presence, without compromising clarity or performance.

Extended light
V draws subtly on the classic banker’s lamp – echoing its clear, angular expression, while reinterpreting it as contemporary and sculptural. Visually light and controlled, with a small footprint and fluid positioning, V supports comfort and focus in equal measure – whether used on a home desk, at a workstation, or in a library.

BABEL

Light with something to say
Expressive without being loud, Babel combines playfulness with poise, its striking form giving it bold confidence and clear sense of direction. Available in two sizes, Babel can read as a quiet accent or a more pronounced statement – or, when used together, as a dynamic dialogue. Tham & Videgård are based in Stockholm, Sweden, and directed by co-founders and lead architects Bolle Tham (b. 1970) and Martin Videgård (b. 1968). Since its start in 1999, the practice has attracted attention for its many innovative built works.
